"its a dog's world.

Hi, my name is Hurley! About three and a half months ago i was just born. I lived in a really crappy sad family. I have four sisters and there all younger than me. I am a really huge dog. I'm only about three and a half months old and I already weight twenty nine and a half pounds! My birth dad stands about to my owner's [Colton] chest. He is a really big dog and the lady at the vet says that when I grow up I'll be just as be as him if not bigger. Now enough about me. Now I will tell you about my owner. He is an awesome guy. I love him to death. He likes to play fetch with me and he always teaches me to sit. There are times when I feel like back talking him. But when I do I get sent outside with my step sister Bella, she is a husky terrier/coyote.

She is a very hyper active dog that is really really smart. I remember when she got into a fight with the neighbors dog because he was messing with me. Man! If i was that other dog i would be terrified. She really loves me and always takes up for me whenever I need it. I am really glad that I am welcomed into this family because they always take the time to pay attention to me.

There is really not much about me cause mainly all I do is sleep, eat, potty, and gripe. But when I get older I'm going to go out the the dirtbike track with daddy everytime he goes. My owner has to be the best owner anyone could ever ask for. Well bye bye for now. I have to go to sleep or gripe at my owner. I'm not sure what I want to do. bye.

12-4 journal.

This Christmas I am going to have a lot of fun. All my family is coming down for the break and that is what I love the most. I absolutely love spending time with my family. Me and my brother in law and brother always play football like everyday. I am also ready to get my presents. I do love getting new things! Christmas is by far my favorite holiday, other than Thanksgiving, just because of family and gifts. This Christmas break is going to be loads of fun and hopefully it does not pass by too quickly.

It is going to be awesome! My friend Joe is gonna come with us and he is taking his dirt bike. Hopefully we can find a good motocross track to go to. It will be lots of fun. Im super excited to go. We may also go hunting. that will be a lot of fun to. Either way this weekend is going to be a blast and I'm exstatic about getting there.

I really think that they are making a big deal out of it. I think there should be consequences, but i don't think they should punish the whole school just because of one guys mistake. They could probably ban him from wearing costumes to school. But Halloween is for fun not for seriousness. Maybe the consequences of his actions should be taken out on him, not all the other students who were not even involved.

If I was invisible it would be awesome! When Halloween came, I would get under a sheet just like a little kid in a ghost costume. But when I went to the door to get candy I would try to get the sheet snagged and then I would be invisible! It would be a lot of fun going around scaring people. I really don't think that there are no disadvantages to being invisible. it would be lots and lots of fun.

Memories

I will give you a very bad memory that I have. Okay so every year we go to Red River, New Mexico for our family reunion. This particular trip would haunt me for the rest of my life. My cousin Kace Neskorik and I went and rode four-wheelers on these really cool mountain trails they have. And of course his dad went with us. It was really fun when we got up to the top of the mountain, but the way down would change everything. I was driving my cousin's four-wheeler when we rounded the last turn of the trail. I was going way too fast when I hit the turn. I wanted to drift it. As I came to the turn a green four door jeep came around the corner. And that's when it happened. I hit both the rear and the front breaks. We just kept sliding. Then BOOM!! We slammed into a two foot thick tree and fell down a twenty foot drop. I was hoping that maybe the tree would stop us. And of course it didn't. We plowed over the tree but when we hit it, it turned the four-wheeler snapping the front end in half which turned us side ways. We started rolling and my boot got caught in between the break and the handlebars. We rolled over once and I threw my cousin out of the way so it would roll over him. It took me with it and rolled over me three times. We only went half way down the drop but the four-wheeler went all the way. It is a great thing that I was wearing a helmet because my head hit a boulder cracking the helmet. Of course I got my third concussion from it. God was definitely with us that day. And if it was not for him, I probably would not be here to write this story.

I think that is really dumb that they are not having a bonfire this year. I think that your in highschool so you are mature enough to not do anything stupid to get yourself hurt. And if you do get hurt your at fault. Bonfire tradition has been here for years and years. There is really nothing that can take the place of a bonfire. It may be a losing battle for the bonfire, but I am still gonna fight it.
